A collection of remarkable homes in [Region].
Two private lofts.
One heritage address.
Two full-floor residences inside a four-home heritage building in the heart of Chinatown. Private elevator entry. Minutes on foot from Gastown, BC Place, and Rogers Arena.
Four residences behind one heritage façade.
133 Keefer is one of Chinatown's original brick-and-beam buildings, quietly reimagined into a boutique of only four homes.
Every guest arrives by private elevator that opens directly into their suite. No lobby, no key drop, no shared corridor. Two of the four residences are ours to let — full-floor lofts we've spent years shaping into what you'll find inside.

Sibling residences,
different souls.
Both are full-floor lofts. Both sleep four. Both open through a private elevator into your own world. From there, they diverge.
The bright one.
All-white interiors, oversized windows, a retractable sunroom for indoor-outdoor evenings, and a private gym with weights and pull-up bar. Twenty-four hundred square feet built for longer stays, event nights, and guests who want space to breathe.
The heritage one.
Designed by a Vancouver interior designer as a living work of art — exposed brick, Douglas fir beams, original artwork, and three full bathrooms. Industrial history meets bold creative vision, all reached by private elevator.
Inside the frame.
In Chinatown.
Minutes from everywhere.
Step out of the elevator and you're at the intersection of Vancouver's oldest neighbourhood and its most walkable core. Late-night dim sum. Gastown cocktails. Stadium seats on foot.

Not a rental.
Private arrival.
Every suite has its own private elevator entrance. No lobby, no shared corridor. You arrive at the address, ascend, and the door opens into your home for the stay.
Four homes, total.
133 Keefer holds only four residences behind its heritage façade. Two of them are ours. It is not a hotel, and it does not behave like one.
Designed for stays.
Both suites are built for longer visits. Hästens 2000T mattresses, working kitchens, generous living space, and in Suite Forty, a dedicated gym for guests who don't skip a week.
Quietly hosted.
Aki manages both suites personally. Available around the clock when you need something, invisible when you don't. Local recommendations on request.
